YH's production flow covers glass forming, silvering, color finishing, drying, selective hand painting where required, quality checks, packaging and order dispatch. The exact decoration route depends on the approved product specification.

02Silvering
Formed glass pieces receive their reflective interior coating before exterior color is applied.
03Color finishing
Approved colors and finishes are applied according to confirmed product requirements and, where applicable, the approved sample.
04Drying
Coated ornaments are dried in batches before decoration and assembly continue.
05Selective hand painting
Only designs that require painted details receive hand-applied patterns according to the approved artwork.
06Quality check
Appearance, decoration and key order details are reviewed against the approved specification.
07Packaging
Products are placed into the confirmed protective and presentation packaging for the order.
08Order dispatch
Completed export cartons are prepared and loaded for the next stage of delivery.
