How we use inquiry information

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, work email, country or market, estimated quantity, selected product references and any details you choose to send by email or WhatsApp. If you accept optional analytics, we may also receive limited website usage and campaign-attribution information through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use inquiry information to assess manufacturing feasibility, respond to your request, prepare quotations, maintain relevant business records and protect the inquiry service from misuse. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, the lawful basis depends on the context and may include steps requested before entering a contract and/or our legitimate interests in responding to genuine B2B inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records and protecting the service. Optional analytics is used only with your consent.

Who receives it

Inquiry information is handled by authorized staff of Dongguan Yuhuang Glass Crafts Co., Ltd. and by service providers needed to operate website hosting, database and business email functions. If you accept optional analytics, Google may receive limited website usage information through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. We do not sell inquiry information.

International handling

Dongguan Yuhuang Glass Crafts Co., Ltd. is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, so information you send to us may be processed in China. Our hosting, email and analytics service providers may also process information in other countries. Where UK or EU international-transfer rules apply, transfers must be handled using a lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguard or exception available under the applicable law. You may contact us for information about the service providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your inquiry.

Retention

Direct website inquiry records are retained for up to 18 months, unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, legal obligation or dispute. Email and WhatsApp correspondence may be retained separately as part of normal business records. Analytics information is retained according to the settings applied in our Google Analytics account and your consent choice.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country. You may choose email or WhatsApp instead of direct website submission.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use non-essential advertising cookies. Before you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager are not loaded by this website. We use local or session storage that is necessary to remember your privacy choice and selected product references. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and we may store limited campaign-attribution parameters in local storage. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your analytics choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
