What products do you manufacture?+
We manufacture non-electric glass Christmas ornaments across four catalog collections: classic spheres and round ornaments, special-shaped ornaments, figural and sculpted designs, and festive gift sets and box collections. Selected products may include hand-painted details.
What payment terms apply?+
For regular orders, payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For new mold or new product development, terms are 50% deposit and 50% before shipment.
Are your ornaments hand-blown?+
No. We do not describe our glass ornaments as hand-blown. Some designs may include hand-painted patterns during decoration, but that applies only where specified.
Do you have ready stock?+
No. Products are made to order according to the confirmed design, color, finish, quantity and packaging.
What is the MOQ?+
YH's standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design and color. Custom shapes, decoration or packaging are reviewed against the actual project and may require separate feasibility or quantity confirmation.
Do you provide product design or ODM services?+
YH is an OEM manufacturer, not an ODM design studio. Buyers provide a drawing, sample, artwork or selected product reference; we evaluate feasibility and manufacture to the confirmed brief.
Can you develop a new mold?+
Yes, where manufacturing feasibility allows. New mold costs are assessed according to the actual design. Customer-funded molds are customer-owned.
How are samples handled?+
Samples are charged according to the actual project requirements, and international courier costs are paid by the customer. Where a sample is required, it is used to confirm the agreed product direction before bulk production.
What information should I send for a quote?+
For a useful quotation, send the product reference or image, size, quantity per design/color, color/finish, decoration, packaging, destination market and target timing. Production timing is confirmed after the key specifications, quantity, packaging and any applicable sample requirements are agreed.
What shipping term do you use?+
Our stated export basis is FOB Yantian, China. Specific delivery arrangements can be discussed for the order.
