What Does “500 Pieces per Design and per Colour” Mean?

When planning an assortment, quote each design and colour separately. A programme with several colours or several product designs should not assume that one combined total automatically satisfies the MOQ for every SKU. Send the planned quantity by design and colour so YH can review the actual order structure.

If you already have product references, include the YH product numbers from the product catalogue or the relevant product family.

Why YH Does Not Quote from a Generic “Bulk Quantity” Alone

Glass ornament projects can differ in shape, size, colour, surface finish, selected decoration and packaging. A useful quotation therefore needs more than a total unit count. The factory must know how the order is split and which requirements apply to each item.

For example, a round ornament using an existing reference may be a different review from a new special shape that requires mold work. Packaging can also change the project scope.

YH does not publish a universal sample price because the product, decoration, packaging and whether new mold work is involved can change the scope.

After the relevant requirements are confirmed, the sample can be used to evaluate the product against the agreed brief. Bulk production follows the confirmed specifications and, where applicable, the approved sample.

What should you check on a sample?

• Shape and size against the confirmed requirement
• Colour and surface finish against the buyer reference where applicable
• Selected decoration specified for the design
• Applicable accessories
• Packaging where the sample includes the agreed packaging scope
